Turmeric Strong is Fits’ answer to a common complaint about turmeric products: underdosing. Each two-tablet daily serving delivers a 50:1 turmeric extract standardised to 95% curcumins — the equivalent of 5000 mg of turmeric — flanked by a concentrated ginger extract and black pepper piperine, the trio the tradition has always kept together. Sixty tablets per pack, from natural, organic ingredients.
Why turmeric, ginger and black pepper travel together
This combination is centuries older than the supplement aisle. In South Asian kitchens turmeric rarely appears without ginger (its close botanical cousin) or black pepper, and modern formulation followed the same logic: piperine, the pungent compound in black pepper, is widely used alongside curcumin precisely because curcumin on its own is poorly absorbed. Turmeric Strong follows the classical pairing with standardised extracts rather than kitchen guesswork.
What each serving contains
- Turmeric 50:1 extract, 95% curcumins — equivalent to 5000 mg of turmeric root per two-tablet serving
- Ginger 23:1 extract, 5% gingerols — equivalent to 1000 mg of ginger
- Black pepper 60:1 extract, minimum 95% piperine — 20 mg, the traditional absorption partner

Standardisation in plain language
“50:1 extract” means fifty grams of raw turmeric are concentrated into one gram of extract; “95% curcumins” means the extract is analysed to guarantee its content of turmeric’s signature compounds. Together these numbers let you compare products honestly — a bare “turmeric 500 mg” label may contain a fraction of the active material found here. The same discipline applies to the ginger and pepper extracts. It is the difference between a spice and a supplement.
How to take it
Two tablets a day — one in the morning, one in the afternoon, ideally with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable in case of sensitivity to the ingredients; for children only on a doctor’s recommendation. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication — particularly blood-thinning medication — or awaiting surgery, talk to your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children; store dry, at room temperature, away from light.
Frequently asked questions
How long does one pack last? Sixty tablets at two per day is a clean 30 days.
Can I take it with my other supplements? It slots into most routines without fuss; if you take prescription medication, clear it with your pharmacist first.
Why not just eat more turmeric? You could — but matching one serving here would mean spoonfuls of ground spice daily, without the piperine or the standardisation.
Turmeric Strong in a routine
Most customers give a botanical like this a proper trial: one pack, taken exactly as directed for the full month, alongside unchanged habits — that way you can actually attribute whatever you notice. The morning tablet rides along with breakfast supplements; the afternoon one is easiest tied to lunch or the mid-afternoon coffee. If you keep a pill organiser, two compartments a day settles it. And because the extracts are standardised, a second pack is the same product to the milligram — which is precisely what makes consistent, month-on-month use meaningful in a way that “some turmeric in the curry” never can be.
