We deliver across Malta and Gozo. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives. If you have a question we haven’t answered here, please get in touch and we’ll be glad to help.

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery: €6.00 flat rate per order, anywhere in Malta and Gozo.
• Free delivery on all orders over €40. Add €40 or more to your basket and shipping is on us.

The free-delivery threshold is based on your order value before any discount codes are applied.

Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods or promotions, delivery may take a little longer — we’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to all localities in Malta and Gozo. Deliveries to Gozo may occasionally take an extra working day.

Order processing & tracking

Once your order is on its way you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions about the status of a delivery, contact us with your order number and we’ll check it for you right away.

Missed a delivery?

If you’re not available when our courier attempts delivery, they will try to reach you to arrange redelivery or an alternative drop-off. Please make sure your contact number is correct at checkout.
