Sattva Health Shop (“Sattva Malta”, “we”) operates sattvahealthshop.com, an online shop for supplements and clean-living products based in Malta. Contact: info@sattvahealthshop.com.

What personal data we collect and why

Orders

When you place an order we collect your name, billing/shipping address, email address, phone number and order details. We use this data to fulfil your order, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting). Legal basis: performance of a contract; legal obligation.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach or get stored on our servers. Stripe processes your data as described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Customer accounts

If you create an account we store your name, email address and order history so you can track orders and check out faster. You can request deletion of your account at any time. Legal basis: performance of a contract; consent.

Review invitations

If you consent at checkout, we send you a single email after your order inviting you to review the products you bought. You can opt out at any time. Legal basis: consent.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website (pages visited, purchases). Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner. IP addresses are processed by Google as described in their privacy policy. Legal basis: consent.

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers needed to run the shop: our hosting provider (Hostinger, EU data centres), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics, with consent), and our delivery partners (name, address and phone number, for delivery in Malta & Gozo). We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept as long as required by Maltese tax and accounting law. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email info@sattvahealthshop.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), Malta.

Security

Our website uses SSL encryption, and access to order data is limited to authorised staff.
