Rice and pea are paired because their amino acid profiles fill each other’s gaps: rice runs low in lysine, pea runs low in methionine, and together they cover what either would miss. How to use it

Mix a 30 g dose — two measuring scoops — with 300 ml of water. Once opened, use within three months and keep the pouch sealed, cool and dry.
