What is apple cider vinegar?

Apple cider vinegar is a golden-yellow substance produced during the fermentation of apples. When the apples ferment, the sweeteners are converted into alcohol, which is then converted into vinegar by acetic acid bacteria.

How much apple cider vinegar per day?

The recommended daily dosage of apple cider vinegar can vary depending on the individual. Generally, it is advised to use 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar daily. When starting use, it is advisable to begin cautiously and gradually increase the dose. It is always important to read the label carefully for the correct dosage.  

Use and storage

Use about a tablespoon as a shot, mix it with a drink, or use it as a dressing. Shake well before use. Do not store in direct (sun)light. Once opened, keep refrigerated for approximately 2 months.

Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Keep out of reach of children.
