Tahini is also known as sesame butter, as it’s made from 100% unhulled, organic sesame seeds. We don’t add anything, as that would take away from the pure quality. Tahini has a rich, slightly savoury flavour and deliciously creamy structure. It is often used in homemade hummus, but it is also delicious as a basis for other sauces, dressings and even all kinds of sweet dishes.

How to use it

Add 2 tablespoons to your homemade hummus. Add it to a savoury (bread) mix. Make a sauce of tahini, sesame oil, genmai su and tamari.

How you keep it

After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 ° C).
