Nori is the best-known of the seaweeds. Unlike sushi nori, this nori is not toasted. The mild, umami flavour works very well with rice dishes, but nori is also often used in (miso) soups and salads in this form. You can also toast nori sheets lightly over a flame yourself. Our nori is grown and harvested using traditional methods in the protected Ise-Shima bay in Japan.

How to use it: Roast slightly over an open flame. Use for sushi rolls or cut in tiny pieces in soup or as a side dish.

How you keep it: After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 ° C).
