Porto Minos – 3 Seaweed Mix 25gr
Product made from edible mixed seaweeds, harvested by hand and dehydrated at low temperature.
How to use: This product requires previous preparation to be consumed: either by boiling for 5 minutes or rehydration in water for 5 minutes, change the water and soak for another 5 minutes (its dried weight increases six-fold). Serving suggestions: Rehydrated and blanched in salads. Boiled in soups, creams, croquettes, scrambled eggs, stews, pies and as a garnish for fish and seafood. Also, as an ingredient in the preparation of rice and pasta.
Ingredients: Wakame (Undaria pinnatifida), Nori (Porphyra yezoensis), Sea lettuce (Ulva spp.)
