Organic Evening Primrose Oil is extracted by first cold pressing of the seeds of the Evening Primrose (Oenothera biennis). This natural product contains polyunsaturated fatty acids of the Omega 6 type (820 mg for 2 capsules or 1230 mg for 3 capsules) including gamma-linolenic acid (81 mg for 2 capsules or 121 mg for 3 capsules). Evening primrose oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids and contributes to maintaining optimal comfort during the menstrual period (menstruation) as many studies have shown.

2 capsules provide 1000 mg of evening primrose oil per day.
