In spring bees gather the nectar of the blossom of acacia trees in Europe for this honey. Its mild and sweet taste makes the honey particularly flavoursome when mixed into tea/coffee, yoghurt, muesli or a smoothie!
If the honey crystallises, simply place the jar in warm water.
Important: Unsuitable for children under the age of 1.
